Welcome to Rooted!
We are the youth ministry of Pathway Bible Church, located in Fremont, CA.


Our prayer is for our ministry to be a space that all youth students are able to call home - that they’d come to call Pathway not just their parents’ church, but their own church and community. And subsequently, that the students can come to claim ownership of their own faith, & come to know Jesus as their own personal Lord and Savior.

Pastor Bill grew up hoping that whatever he’d end up doing in life, that it'd serve to help people. Knowing how broken and imperfect he was, he wanted to extend hope to others that felt the same way - that hey, it's okay to not be okay. Life is not about being the perfect person, but following the perfect God - with the hope that He will finish that work (Rom 5:8, Phil 1:6). That, was the core message of the Gospel which awakened PBill to follow Jesus.

He loves good food (Mac&Cheese is his weakness), everything Bay Area (go Warriors), and traveling to new places. Certain things he loves doing include photography, praising w/ a guitar, getting his ankles broken in basketball, killin' it on the claw machine, and talking about Jesus w/ anyone & everyone.

If anyone wants to debate the legitimacy of Steph Curry's MVPs, need a listening ear to talk to, or simply want to just chill over some good food - feel free to hit him up at any time!
